I've knocked out another "to do" on my 2011 "To Do" list!! I took Jonathan to Caddo Lake during the July 4th holiday weekend. Jonathan, Dillon, and I kayaked around the huge cypress trees while Rickydaddy, Memaw, Mom, Dad, and Logan hung out in Rickydaddy's catfish boat. Kayaking on the caddo is so peaceful. Paddling through the huge cypress trees is truly an awesome experience and something everyone should do at least once in your life. I've decided that one of my long term goals is to purchase a home on caddo lake. How awesome would that be to have the cypress trees in our own backyard and to be able to kayak anytime you wanted. Below are a few pictures of the day!!
