Oh Umbilical cord, umbilical cord.....will you ever fall off? Doesn't it look gross? It is so ready to fall off? I might just tug on it a little tonight.

I have a teensy confession . . . we ended up cutting Kat's cord off. Hers was hanging on by this teensy long nasty little bit, and I thought cutting it off would be smarter than accidentally pulling it off. At least, that's how I rationalized it at the time. ;-) I hope his comes off soon. I remember how nasty and stinky it was at the end!!
P.S. You have the CUTEST boy baby in the world! (Kat, is, of course, the cutest girl baby!) Looking forward to seeing him at Thanksgiving!
